MASON CITY – A young Mason City woman charged with serious assault against a juvenile has pled guilty.
Breanna Nicole White, age 18, pled guilty Monday, September 15 to assault causing bodily injury, a serious misdemeanor.
According to police, a juvenile female reported being assaulted by White in the 1000 block of North Adams Avenue early on April 5, 2014. Police investigated and charged White with serious assault.
White was sentenced to two days in jail, a year of probation and $678.75 in fines and court costs.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
