CHARLES CITY – A Clinton man was arrested by Charles City police recently after a disturbance at a bar.
Om August 30, at about 12:20 AM, police were called to the 700 block of Riverside Drive after a caller reported a disturbance outside a bar. At the scene, police investigated and arrested 32-year-old Edward R. Ferguson of Clinton, Iowa. He was charged with second offense public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was booked, jailed and soon released.
