MASON CITY – A Mason City man was taken to jail after an alleged domestic assault.
Police were called to 209 9th Street NW on thursday, August 14 at about 2:05 PM to investigate an assault. After an investigation, 30-year-old Ryan David Baker was arrested and taken to jail, charged with simple domestic assault.
Baker was released on his own recognizance the next day, awaiting a non-jury trial on September 24.
