MASON CITY – A grant was awarded to the Mason City library to fund a summer reading program.
The Mason City Public Library has received another generous grant of $2,000 from the Principal Financial Group Foundation to help fund Summer Reading 2015 for Youth.
“The Principal Financial Group has been a wonderful supporter of the Summer Reading programs for the past few years and Mason City Public Library is very grateful for this grant. It would be difficult to offer an effective summer reading program for youth without this financial support,” said Library Director Mary Markwalter.
