CLARION – A Wright county woman’s sexual abuse trial is set for September.
Diana Guido, age 50 of Goldfield, pled not guilty in March to second degree sexual abuse, indecent contact with a child, indecent exposure and dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor. The alleged incident took place on January 1, 2011.
Guido initially demanded a speedy trial, but after several continuances, her trial is now set for September 23, with a pre-trial conference set for September 3.
Guido’s husband, Leonardo Guido-Acosta, is still wanted in connection with this incident.
