WATERLOO – A man convicted of abusing a male child under the age 14 was arrested in Black Hawk county for violating his parole.
On April 22, 2014 Black Hawk authorities arrested Eric Lynn Thomas, age 32 of Waterloo, on a Fayette County Warrant for parole violation. He is currently being held in the Fayette County Jail without bond until his appearance before a magistrate.
Thomas is a convicted sex offender, with a male victim between the ages of 0 and 13. He was convicted at the age of 14 in Black Hawk county.
