MASON CITY – Police were sent to the Mason City Wal-Mart this weekend to investigate a theft and arrested a Charles City man.
Police reported that officers were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 4151 4th Street SW, on Friday at about 6:00 PM to instigate an alleged theft by a man at the store. Cody James Miller, age 18 of Charles City, was arrested and booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail on an undisclosed charge related to the theft.
Miller was soon released from jail.
