DES MOINES – Gov. Terry Branstad and Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds released their public schedules for Saturday, July 27, 2013 through Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013.
Lt. Gov. Reynolds remains on a personal mission trip to Africa.
On Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013 Gov. Branstad departs for the National Governors Association annual meeting in Milwaukee, Wis. and returns from the National Governors Association annual meeting in Milwaukee, Wis.
Governor Branstad’s father, Edward Branstad, passed away July 26th in Mason City. The governor will be attending the funeral, held at Waldorf College in Forest City on Monday, July 29th.
