MASON CITY – Mason City police nabbed a man at Big Blue Wednesday evening.
Around 6:45 PM, police arrived at Big Blue on a report that Connor Ryan White, age 18, was there swimming with friends.
White was charged with criminal trespassing.
Police officer waited patiently while he got dressed, made a phone call and talked with his friends, before walking him to the squad car and handcuffing him.
White was being held on bond Wednesday evening on $300.00 cash/surety bond.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
He must have trespassed somewhere else. Big Blue is a public swimming hole. I can’t believe they would arrest him for swimming there. If they did there is something wrong.
