FEDERAL PROSECUTORS charged a Mayfair man Thursday with producing child porn and pimping out an underage girl for sex.
Authorities said that Enoch Smith, 35, a/k/a “Drees” and “Idris,” recruited young females to work as prostitutes . One of them, identified in the indictment as “Minor 1,” was under 18 years old.
The indictment said that Smith created Internet advertisements that featured pictures of women, “either scantily clad or topless, with their hands covering their breasts,” the price and a phone number to call to arrange a meeting with a prostitute.
Smith allegedly photographed the nude genitals of Minor 1.
The charging document said that on April 13, 2011, Smith coerced the girl to engage in sexually explicit conduct by photographing her genitalia for the purposes of sending the photos over the Internet or via cellphone.
Smith is being held in the Bucks County Prison on prostitution and related charges. No initial appearance before a federal magistrate had yet been scheduled.
