Tyler Eliason is excited to announce his bid to run as a write-in candidate for the Mason City Parks & Recreation Board. 26-year-old Eliason is a Kanawha native, looking to bring a new point of view to the organization. He feels it is important for young people to invest time and energy into their community. He hopes that by running for this position, the organization will also take note of what it takes to get people to come to Mason City and stay there. With a young son of his own, Eliason offers an insightful view of what this city needs and how to attain their goals.
