Six family members traveling on the Avenue of the Saints Tuesday were injured after a tire blew out on their 1999 GMC Safari Van.
Kathy Jean Krumm, 29; Terea Ann Krumm, 27; Emma Krumm, 1; Brady Krumm, 3; Kourtney Krumm, 9; and Mercedes Krumm, 7 were all injured and transported to Mercy Medical Center in Mason City after the incident, which took place near mile marker 194 at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Their vehicle was traveling eastbound on the Avenue of the Saints when it blew a passenger side tire and rolled multiple times, coming to rest on its top. All occupants were wearing safety belts or child restraints.|
