Abby Lee Tripp plead guilty on December 13, 2010 to two counts of forgery.
Tripp admitted that on on or about September 23, 2010 she presented counterfeit money to Wendy’s in Clear Lake, knowing that the money was counterfeit.
Tripp also admitted that on or about September 23, 2010, she presented counterfeit money to KFC/Taco Bell in Clear Lake, knowing that the money was counterfeit.
Tripp was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 3 years probation, as well as restitution.|
