With the announcement that the IRS will not be mailing out tax forms to individuals in 2011, the Mason City Public Library wants to remind patrons that tax forms will be available at the library in 2011. However, due to the recent changes in tax legislation, federal forms may not be available until February of 2011.
Basic forms and instructions for both federal and Iowa state will be available at no charge. If you need a form that is specific to your needs, staff can download it for you at a cost of $.20 per page. A reproducible booklet of federal forms and instructions will be available for patrons to print at $.20 per page.
