Kenneth Waller, 40, of Minnetonka, Minnesota was driving north at 9 AM on December 16 near the 185.9 mile marker on I-35 when he encountered an ice patch on the roadway and lost control of his vehicle.
Waller’s 2003 Toyota Tundra then entered the east ditch and rolled. Waller was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The Tundra pick-up truck sustained about $8000 in damage in the accident.|
