From Mason City Police Department:
On 12/09/2010 at about 1836 hours, Mason City Police were called to a residence in the 200 block of 3rd Street Northwest on a report of an assault involving a firearm. Officers arrived and met with the victim. Officers executed a search warrant and arrested Jess Marcotte, age 50, of Mason City. Marcotte was charged with aggravated domestic assault. Marcotte was transported to the Cerro Gordo County Jail and held without bond.
Mason City Police were assisted at the scene by the North Central Iowa Narcotics Task Force SOG Team, the Iowa State Patrol, and the Mason City Fire Department.|
