Nancy Alderson, the daughter of Gary and Sharon (Larson) Masters was born August 8, 1965, in Nevada, Iowa. She died Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at the Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg, Iowa at the age of 60.
She received her education from Estherville High School.
On December 7, 2001, she was united in marriage to Jon Alderson. The couple made their home in Emmetsburg.
For hobbies, Nancy enjoyed being in nature whether it be looking for rocks, watching birds or shooting targets. She also enjoyed baking, cooking and her grandmother’s recipes. She cherished her time spent with Jon and her cat ‘girly girl’ watching movies.
Left to cherish Nancy’s memory are her husband, Jon of Emmetsburg; father, Gary Masters of Spencer, Iowa; brothers, Greg (Jennifer) Masters of Germany and Mike (Rebecca) Masters of Estherville; and nephews, Ethan, Ehren, Elijah and David.
She has been preceded in death by her mother, Sharon and brother, Jay.
