Police in Mason City brought four criminal complaints against 40-year-old Darwin Erique Lopez Palma of Mason City. The charges were filed by police back on April 7, 2025. Allegedly, Palma committed sexual acts against two child victims. The dates of the alleged crimes are May 30, 2024 and April 9, 2024, leading to the charges of:
– 4 COUNTS SEXUAL ABUSE – 2ND DEGREE (CLASS B FELONY)
Palma was booked into the Cerro Gordo county jail on April 4 at 11:39 AM. He remains held there on $100,000 cash only bond.
Records show Palma will face a court hearing on April 15 at 1:15 PM.
