SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – A balanced passing and rushing attack helped Iowa State get a big win against Utah, 31-28, Saturday night out West.

Matt Campbell is now 62-50 at Iowa State and 97-65 overall as a head coach. Campbell’s 62 wins are the most in program history, as he passed Dan McCarney earlier this year.

Iowa State is now 4-1 all-time against Utah (4-7, 1-7), including a 3-0 record in games played at Utah.
