Kevin Albert Lansaw, 64, of Mason City, Iowa passed away Sunday July 21, 2024 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center.
Family plans to have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Kevin was born on April 22, 1960, in Joplin, Missouri, the son of Jerald and Carolyn (Buser) Lansaw. He spent most of his school years in Mason City, even graduating from Mason City High School. For many years Kevin was in a relationship with Marge Arnold, from this union two children were born. In his earlier career he was a car salesman at A1 Auto. His hobbies included cars and motorcycles, as well as building and repairing them.
In his free time he often was found off shore fishing with family and friends. Kevin also loved his family and pitbulls, especially Bingo. Overall he cherished life and everything that it brought his way.
Those left to cherish memories of Kevin are his children, Travis Vega, Lisa Lansaw, JJ Lansaw, Kailey Gibbs and Andrea Gibbs; grandchildren, Tyrelle, Hayden, Chloe and Kiana; siblings, Julie (Joe) Warin, and Jennifer Sundvold; cousins, Donna Rae Burgess, and Denise Burgess; and close family friend, Katie Upshaw.
Kevin is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and a niece, Maddilyn.
