Eunice B. Duesenberg, 90 of Clear Lake passed away peacefully Saturday, February 24, 2024 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, Mason City. A private graveside service to celebrate her life will be held in the summer.

Eunice B. Duesenberg, 90 of Clear Lake passed away peacefully Saturday, February 24, 2024 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, Mason City.

A private graveside service to celebrate her life will be held in the summer. She will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City, alongside her husband, Richard.

Eunice was born September 11, 1933 in Comfrey, MN to Wallace and Olive (Lenning) Renberg. She graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1952 and on August 29, 1954 married the love of her life, Richard in Clear Lake. To this union, six children were born: Kirk, Steve, Doug, Greg, Gary, and Rhonda

. She took great pride in caring for her family and was constantly cooking or baking something delicious. Eunice’s love for her family was matched only by her deep reverence for the Lord. Eunice and Richard enjoyed finding, collecting and selling antiques

She is survived by four sons: Steve (Marie) Duesenberg of West Des Moines, Doug (Sally) Duesenberg of Clear Lake, Greg Duesenberg of Clear Lake, Gary (Rachel) Duesenberg of Orange City; a daughter, Rhonda (Troy) Delong of Clear Lake; grandchildren; Bill (Andrea) Duesenberg, Erin (Bryan) Davis, Abby (fiance, Francis) Duesenberg
Jordan Duesenberg, Morgan (Chris) Lovell, Chase (Maggie) Duesenberg, Ryan (Hilary) Duesenberg, Lauren Duesenberg, Olivia (Nathan) Strumpfer, Ashley (Luke) Shaffer, Rebecca and Meghan Delong; great grandchildren, Joseph, Max, Haley, Avery, Henry, Fletcher, Adeline, Charles, Kennedy, Lily and another on the way; a sister, Florence Weaver; sister-in-law, Barb Renberg; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding her in death are her beloved husband, Richard; son, Kirk; parents; brothers, Art and Ronald Renberg; mother and father-in-law, Edgar “E.M.” and Opal Duesenberg, sisters-in-law, Jane Pedelty and Maxi Duesenberg; brothers-in-law, Holmes Pedelty, Arlen Duesenberg and Elwin Weaver.
