Timothy Paul Johnson, 75, of Fond du Lac, WI, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at home. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, February 26, 2024 at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 North Pennsylvania Ave. Interment will follow in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Monday. Memorials may be directed to the family of Timothy Johnson.
Timothy Johnson was born on July 2, 1948, in Forest City, IA the son of, Gilbert and Dorothy (Mulert) Johnson. Timothy attended high school in Mason City, graduating in 1967 from Newman High School. On July 22, 1972, he married the love of his life, Susan (Stehn). They had two sons, Christopher and Scott, and raised their family in Mason City. Timothy was an avid Vikings fan, holding season tickets since 1980. Tim will be deeply missed by those who knew him and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ronald Johnson; sister, Karen Johnson; and granddaughter, Natalie Marie Johnson; and parents-in-law, Russel and Mavis Stehn; brother-in-law, Alan Stehn. Along with many beloved cats.
Timothy is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Susan; children Christopher (Deb), Rochester, MN and Scott (Cass), Fond du Lac, WI and his three grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, and Avery.
