Ron DeSantis bringing Governor Kim Reynolds through North Iowa Sunday afteroon

CHARLES CITY – Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds with be the escort for Republican Florida Governor and Presidential candidate Ron DeSantis in a swing through North Iowa on Sunday afternoon.

Reportedly, DeSantis and Reynolds are once again allies in his struggling bid for the Presidency, as they opened a new campaign office in Des Moines this week. Reynolds has recently endorsed Nikki Haley of South Carolina for President.

Nonetheless, DeSantis will be in Cresco at 12:30 PM Sunday, snacking at the Atomic Pizza Pub for half an hour. From there, he is off to Osage atythe VFW till 2:30. Next on the agenda is Charles City and Reynolds will be there, according to the campaign. They will be in the Pub on the Cedar from 3:00 to 4:15 PM. The last scheduled stop is MBS Farms in Plainfield from 4:45 to 5:15 PM.

“Never Back Down” is the DeSantis campaign slogan. He has slipped to third or lower in some polls, distantly trailing the defeated ex-President and accused felon Donald Trump.
