NASHUA – A missing young man in Chickasaw county was tragically found deceased over the weekend.
Chickasaw County Sheriff Sheriff Ryan Shawver reports that on September 29, 2023, the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office sought the public’s assistance in locating the whereabouts of 18-year-old Kaden Ray Wilken of Nashua. Kaden’s last contact with anyone was around 2:30 A.M. on Wednesday September 27th, 2023.
On September 30, 2023, at approximately 5:30 PM, the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office received a call related to the missing person of Kaden Ray Wilken. The Chickasaw County Medical Examiner was called to the scene and confirmed the identity of the person to be Kaden Ray Wilken.
The Medical Examiner requested an autopsy to be done by the Iowa State Medical Examiner’s Office in Ankeny. There is no foul play suspected in the death of Kaden Ray Wilken.
