Clear Lake- Holly Dawn Hoffman 48, died Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at her home.
A memorial service will be held 2:00p.m., Wednesday, December 28th, 2022, at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 1st Ave. North Clear Lake, with Rev. Melinda McCluskey officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 1st Ave North, Clear Lake.
Memorials may be directed to the North Iowa Humane Society in Holly’s memory.
Holly Dawn Hoffman was born October 13, 1974, the daughter of Larry and Lorraine (Smith) Hoffman. She graduated from Clear Lake High School continuing her education at LaJames College receiving her nail technician license. The past 13 years Holly worked at Kraft Foods in Mason City.
Holly loved collecting puzzles, stuffed animals and her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends. Holly was a huge UNI Panthers and New Orleans Saints fan! She enjoyed listening to heavy metal music and watching WWE Wrestling. Holly loved anything Disney, including taking many memorable trips to Disney World!
Holly is survived by her parents Larry and Lorraine Hoffman, Clear Lake, siblings Scott (Amanda) Hoffman, Pleasantville, IA, Wendy (Tom) Mills, Clear Lake; nieces and nephews MacKenzie Hoffman, Chariton, IA, Kaylee and Emma Hodnefield, Tristan and Tate Hoffman, all of Pleasantville, Mark (Sarah) Ostroot, St. Louis, MO, Alexandra “Alex” Ostroot and her fiancé Curtis Telsrow, Colona, IL, Konner Mills (Jenna Grimmius), Nick (Ashley) Mills and Brayden Mills, all of Mason City; great nieces and nephew Kiara Mills, Jerry and Emrie Mills; uncles and aunts. Keith Dhondt of Rockwell, Iowa. Art (Janette) Hoffman, of Owatonna, MN; along with other relatives and friends.
Holly is preceded in death by her grandparents Ernest E. (Hortense) Smith and LaVonne (Philip) Hoffman and her aunt Judy Dhondt.
