DICKINSON COUNTY – An allegedly intoxicated Dickinson county attorney was arrested at the courthouse, the sheriff’s office says.
On November 10, 2022, the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was notified that there was an intoxicated person in the courthouse. Upon investigation it was determined that 39-year-old Amy Zenor was believed to be intoxicated in a public place. Zenor was charged with Public Intoxication, a simple misdemeanor. Zenor is the Dickinson County Attorney and due to safety concerns of placing her in the jail, she was released to her attorney.
Zenor has entered a not-guilty plea.
