AMES – Iowa State couldn’t overcome an aggressive Baylor team Saturday, losing at home 31-24.
#17 Baylor opened the game with the ball and converted two 4th down plays along with penalties committed by Iowa State to get the big touchdown. Iowa State lost a top defensive player to targeting on that drive.
Iowa State scored the last 10 points of the game, but victory was already out of reach by then.
The Cyclones play an undefeated Kansas team next week.
