DES MOINES – Gov. Reynolds signed the following bills into law this week:
SF2374 A bill for an act concerning the regulation of food and beverages, relating to alcoholic beverage control and delivery of restaurant food, providing for fees and civil penalties, and including effective date and applicability provisions.
HF2340 A bill for an act relating to public safety nuisances concerning licensed premises where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed.
