Iowa cops called as man chokes his victim

MANCHESTER, IOWA – Iowa cops were called as a man choked his victim.

On April 17, 2022, the Manchester Police Department was called to 1004 East Main Street, apartment 10 for a disturbance. When officers arrived on the scene they found the defendant with his arm around the victim’s neck choking him. Officers ordered the defendant off the victim and medical first responders were called to the scene for an evaluation of the victim.

Arrested was 42-year-old Stanley Rogers of Manchester, Iowa, charged with willful injury causing bodily harm, a class C felony. He remains in the Delaware county jail.
