Cheryl Lee Biddle, 72, of Charles City, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021.
According to her wishes no funeral will take place. Burial will be August 7, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Charles City. Friends are welcome to attend.
There will be no visitation, but there will be a celebration of life at the VFW in Charles City on August 7, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to come.
Cheryl Lee Biddle was born January 11, 1949 in New Hampton, Iowa to her parents Donald and Vielena (Caiharr) Weigel. She received her education from Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Charles City. In her working career, Cheryl worked for Club Iowa and then Hy-Vee for 25 plus years.
Cheryl was united in marriage to Roger Ross and this union was blessed with three children. The couple later divorced. Cheryl then married Robert Biddle and they spent many good years together until Robert passed away. She then married Merle Stockness who passed away shortly after their marriage.
Cheryl was a very caring person and had quite the sense of humor. She believed in treating all people the same no matter if they were rich or poor; which was a good quality. Cheryl will be sadly missed by her son, her sister and all those who loved her.
Living family members are her son, Scott Ross; sister, Donna (Doug) Holtz; nieces: Sheri (Steve) Hanlon, Lori Holtz and Annette Holtz; along with many cousins, other family members and friends.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her daughter, Tina Ross; son, Brian Ross; husbands: Robert Biddle and Merle Stockness; parents, Donald and Vielena Weigel; and niece, Angela Kramer.
