BOONE – An Iowa man has been sent to prison for lascivious acts with a minor.
Steven Roy Lapham, age 73 of Council Bluffs, appeared in District Court for sentencing following a written guilty plea to Lascivious Acts with a Minor, a Class C Felony. The defendant was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison. Additional terms of the sentence include a requirement to register on the Sex Offender Registry for life, a lifetime special parole, and payment of fees.
The case was investigated by the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.
