DECORAH – A Charles City man was arrested for drunk driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says that on Monday, November 2, 2020 at about 9:50 PM, they arrested 19-year-old Brady Bakken of Charles City. He was charged with operating while under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia and then booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
