Candidate for House District 54, Bennett Smith, announces launch of campaign website, invites opponents to forums

Bennett Smith, Independent candidate for Iowa House

CLEAR LAKE – Candidate for House District 54, Bennett Smith of Clear Lake announced the launch of his campaign website and invited opponents to pre-election forums.

I would like to take this opportunity to announce the launch of my new website, bennettsmithforiowa.com as a candidate for House District 54. This website will give voters the opportunity to get to know me better and the priorities that I stand for. As an independent candidate my campaign is building a coalition of Republicans, Democrats and Independents that want to move Iowa forward with a positive vision for conserving our natural resources, improving our educational outcomes, reforming our healthcare system, and promoting sound economic development in rural and small town Iowa in order to grow Iowa for the next generation.

I would also like to take this opportunity to invite the other candidates in the race for Iowa House District 54 to participate in several public policy forums hosted by local media or other civic organizations. The citizens of the district deserve to hear the views of the candidates in the race and we can do that by holding these forums privately in accordance with the proper public health protocols and broadcast them to the public.

The website bennettsmithforiowa.com is paid for by: Bennett Smith for Iowa House.
