Donald “Don” McIntosh, 90, of Evansdale, formerly Waterloo, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Unity Point Health Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo.
A private family graveside service for Don McIntosh will be at Riverside Cemetery in Charles City.
Donald “Don” Walter McIntosh was born in Charles City, Iowa November 7th 1929 to Jesse McIntosh and Lillian Meyer. He grew up in Ionia. He married Louise Michaelis September 10th 1949 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. He enjoyed fishing and wood working. Loved spending time with his grandchildren. He spent most of his years before retirement working for Midamerican Energy.
He is survived by his two daughters: Jacque (Ron) Seehase and Jerri (Rex) Iehl; along with many grandchildren as well as great-grandchildren.
Don was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Louise “2T” McIntosh; grandson, Ramez Rifai; and great-granddaughter Makenzi Iehl.
