WACO, TEXAS – Iowa State was beaten in a Big 12 road contest at #2 Baylor, 68-55, Wednesday night.
Iowa State (8-8, 1-3 Big 12) trailed No. 2 Baylor (14-1, 4-0 Big 12), 30-25, at the half then scored the the first 10 points of the second half.
Tyrese Haliburton led Iowa State’s effort with six points, nine assists and eight rebounds. He also had three steals and two blocks.
Iowa State returns to the Lone Star State to take on No. 23 Texas Tech in Lubbock on Saturday at 3 p.m. The game will be televised on ESPNU.
