SHEFFIELD – Police arrested a wanted Sheffield man after a complaint about noise and flashlights.
On January 5, 2020 at approximately 10:08 PM, the Sheffield Police Department was dispatched to a residence in town for a noise complaint and people flashing flashlights around the neighborhood. After an investigation, 44-year-old Timothy Cassady was located at the residence. Police discovered that Cassady had an outstanding warrant out of Cerro Gordo County.
Cassady was arrested and taken to the Franklin county Jail for his outstanding warrant and also charged with interference with official acts.
