EVANSTON, ILLINOIS – Iowa beat Northwestern in a Big Ten Conference road game Sunday.
The Hawkeyes held Northwestern to its lowest scoring game this season, 51. 63 was Northwestern’s previous low against Duke (Nov. 17).
Senior Amanda Ollinger recorded her second career double-double in as many games, pulling in 12 boards and scoring 11 points for the Hawkeyes.
Four Hawkeyes scored in double figures: sophomore Monika Czinano (21), senior Kathleen Doyle (15),freshman McKenna Warnock (12) and senior Amanda Ollinger (11).
Senior Kathleen Doyle recorded seven assists against the Wildcats, totaling 602 in her career.
Former Mason City Mohawks Mackenzie Meyer scored 9 points while sister Megan Meyer scored 3.
