Two Northern Iowans arrested after meth and weed found in house

SAC CITY, IOWA – Two Northern Iowans were arrested after meth and weed were found in a house, recently.

On December 13, 2019 the Sac City Police Department served a Narcotics Search Warrant at the Jesse Hutton and Kathryn Kascsak residence, located at 605 Morningside Drive in Sac City, Iowa. Found during the search was approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine and approximately 6 grams of Marijuana.

Jesse Hutton was arrested and booked into the Sac County Jail for Possession and Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) over 5 grams, a Class “B” Felony and for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), a Serious Misdemeanor. Hutton’s pick up was seized pending results of this case.

Kathryn Kascsak was arrested and booked into the Sac County Jail for 1 count of Forgery, an Aggravated Misdemeanor .

Assisting the Sac City Police Department with the search was the Sac County Sheriff’s Department.
