ESTHERVILLE, IOWA – An out of control woman at a Northern Iowa DHS office was busted with meth after the cops arrived on the scene.
On August 13, 2019 at 3:55 p.m. Estherville Police were dispatched to the Department of Human Services Office in Estherville regarding an out of control female. Estherville Police contacted the female and she was identified as 36-year-old Ashly Mustard of Estherville.
Upon contacting Mustard, Estherville Police obtained permission to search a purse she had in her possession. Also, as part of the investigation, Estherville Police obtained and executed a search warrant on a vehicle Mustard had driven to the DHS Office. Upon completion of the investigation, Mustard was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disorderly Conduct, and Driving While under Suspension.
Mustard was transported to the Emmet County Jail where she appeared in front of a Magistrate and is being held with no bond.
