BREMER COUNTY – A Charles City man was caught drunk driving.
On July 13, 2019, a Bremer county law enforcement officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Further investigation led to the arrest of 20-year-old Anthony Knecht of Charles City for operating while intoxicated.
Knecht was released from jail and will be arraigned August 16.
