DUBUQUE – Chad Patrick Weekley, convicted of Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury (708.4[1]) in Dubuque County, failed to report back to the Dubuque Residential Facility as required earlier this evening.
Weekley is a 43-year-old white male, height 5’10”, and weighs 226 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on October 25, 2018.
