TRIPLE LOSER!!! Two OWI’s and a Loser at the CASINO

if he was drunk why was he released only to get in more trouble and jepardise other people

I would assume he drove his car into the ditch & then started walking into town. While he was walking he was crested for public Intoxication. Then someone reported his car in the ditch, which he put there before he was arrested for Public Intoxication. Once the police figured out who owned the car was in the ditch they THEN charged him with OWI also. Just my thoughts anyway….

That’s not the way the article tells it, if you read carefully, there is a time line.

I thought that people were put in jail for the night for public inbox. Someone lucky they didn’t get killed.

I made a spelling error!

I guess sometimes you can judge a book by its cover. this one is titled “Dumb Shit” and you can read it from about seventy five yds away.

This writes for the Charles City Press newspaper….pretty good publicity for them, wouldn’t you say?
