LAKOTA, IOWA – A Texas man died at a rural Lakota, Iowa construction site.
On June 19, 2019 at approximately 2:20 PM, the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office received a call requesting an ambulance at a construction site in rural Lakota. Upon investigation, Lee Gruver, age 51 of Daisetta, Texas was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation was turned over to the Iowa State Patrol and Iowa Department of Transportation.
