DES MOINES – On Tuesday, Gov. Reynolds signed the following 4 bills into law:
HF264: an act relating to the division of domestic stock insurers.
SF558: an act relating to requirements for domestic surplus lines insurers.
SF210: an act providing for the designation of a lay caregiver relating to a patient’s inpatient stay at a hospital.
HF327: an act relating to franchisor-franchisee relationships for the purposes of certain employment laws and including applicability provisions.
