Woman stabbed at Iowa Walmart after brawl; cops make no arrests

Davenport, Iowa

DAVENPORT – A woman was stabbed at a Walmart in Iowa’s third-largest city after a brawl and cops are searching for suspects and have made no arrests in the incident.

On Sunday March 24, 2019 at approximately 10:10 PM Davenport Police responded to a disturbance call, 3100 W Kimberly Road, involving 10 to 12 subjects actively fighting near the entrance of Walmart. During the course of the altercation, one adult female was stabbed. The crowd dispersed prior to officers arriving on scene. The victim (adult female) was transported by Medic to Genesis Medical Center (East) for non-life threatening injuries.
Police are following up on the incident.
