Just another B.S. worthless poll!

are you lost? ha ha

He is in the pockets of the nursing home industry in iowa. As a county attorney he dropped charges against 2 nursing home care workers who were caught on video tape abusing elderly patients. Said he would leave it up to nursing home inspection agency to deal with it. The nursing home where they worked then turned around and made all residents sign a statement saying they would not video tape interactions with staff.

Another fine judge. Not.

Care to share with us exactly why this Judge is not qualified for the position? Is there something in his record that would disqualify him from becoming a Judge?
