MASON CITY – Jodi Draper is the newly-elected Mason City School Board President after the board met Monday night.
A reorganization meeting of the Mason City Community School District Board of Education was held Monday night, September 17. Jodi Draper is the newly elected Board President. She has been known as a staunch defender of taxpayer dollars since her election to the board. Draper was also the top vote-getter in last fall’s school board elections.
Doug Campbell is the newly elected Vice President.
They need to disband the loser football team they are the laughing stock of north Iowa and a big big waste of taxpayer $ not to mention teaching the kids how to lose in life.

It all starts at the youth programs people, when kids get singled out as the super stars on the baseball, football, soccer fields and basketball courts the other kids that didn’t get to play that much JUST might be a budding STAR, but by the time they reach high school they are pissed off and either move to the area schools or they just say f**k it, plain and simple. Youth coaches pull your heads out and let every kid have fun and be that super star YOU might be surprised. Also that young super star that got older might be the one to move to another school and by then you’ve pissed off the other kids and guess what they wont play for you guys. Think abut it folks.

Clear Lake has more Mason City football players than Clear Lake kids, why?

Micich dynasty devasteded the school sponsored sports division of the district. She was more interested in buildings and scamming than sports and academics.
