Mr. Henaman, age 41 and a resident of Mason City with his family, will run for office as an Independent. He has been employed at Schupick & Associates for over four years.
Mr. Henaman says his vision as Auditor is to “First, provide the best voter education to our electorate. Second, to provide the Board of Supervisors with the best fiscal guidance possible.” He feels he is the strongest candidate for office due to his experience with the State Auditor’s Office, as he was employed there four and a half years. “It provided me with the knowledge to help governments function more efficiently and transparently.”
The election is November 6, 2018.
