To authorize the change in use of a local sales and services tax shall be imposed in the City of Swaledale at the rate of one percent (1%) to be effective on July 1, 2019.
Revenues from the sales and services tax shall be allocated as follows:
Twenty five percent (25%) for the Swaledale Fire Department
Twenty five percent (25%) for the Swaledale Public Library
Fifty percent (50%) for the Swaledale General Fund
Zero percent (0%) for property tax relief.
