NORTHWOOD – A Northwood woman who was accused of stealing from a nearby Burger King has been given a suspended sentence.

Jillian Delle, age 37, was accused of stealing over $2,000 from a Burger King in Worth County back in January. She later entered a guilty plea to a charge of accessory to a felony. She was given a 2-year suspended sentence, 2 years of probation and a suspended fine.

Delle was caught with marijuana by police in Mason City back in 2016.

  1. Probation my BUTT. This is why this kind of crime is increasing. There is no penalty for stealing from other people any more.

  2. Probably get more charges than Bartzie and his worth/mitchell deep state operatives thanks to their not so honest county attorney buddies and family.

  3. What the hell kind of a sentence is that? She didn’t learn a thing. Who was the goofy ass judge?
