NORTHWOOD – A Northwood woman who was accused of stealing from a nearby Burger King has been given a suspended sentence.
Jillian Delle, age 37, was accused of stealing over $2,000 from a Burger King in Worth County back in January. She later entered a guilty plea to a charge of accessory to a felony. She was given a 2-year suspended sentence, 2 years of probation and a suspended fine.
Delle was caught with marijuana by police in Mason City back in 2016.

How many Whoppers has she eaten.
Probation my BUTT. This is why this kind of crime is increasing. There is no penalty for stealing from other people any more.
And you would rather lock her up at an annual cost of 60K+? Duh!
How about deporting her A** at a fixed, low, low cost?
Probably get more charges than Bartzie and his worth/mitchell deep state operatives thanks to their not so honest county attorney buddies and family.
Is she dating the dude that stabbed 5 people at a bar?
She got it her way at burger king
What the hell kind of a sentence is that? She didn’t learn a thing. Who was the goofy ass judge?
apparently she wasn’t satisfied with just a “whopper”
